Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Product Owner (Cloud and Platform) to manage the Universal Gateway backlog, overseeing DICOM DIMSE, DICOMweb, HL7 messaging, and pathology WSI ingestion. You will work closely with platform engineering, SRE, and hosting teams to ensure reliable clinical imaging workflows.

The role requires hands-on agile delivery, deep knowledge of DICOM/HL7, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to refine requirements and drive backlog priorities in a multi-tenant

Qualifications

: Four+ years as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or integration/ interface engineer with at least 2 years on platform or integration products.
: Hands-on experience with DICOM and HL7 interfaces in production.
: Knowledge of agile/scrum and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
: Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
: Ability to partner with engineering teams and guide technical discussions on HA, failover, and multi-region design.
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with detailed requirements validation.

Responsibilities

: Own and prioritize the Universal Gateway backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
: Partner daily with engineering and design across the development lifecycle and make trade-offs on scope and priority.
: Define non-functional requirements (SLA, RTO/RPO, multi-AZ HA, throughput/latency).
: Gather inputs from Sales/CS/Support to refine backlog and inform market/feature requirements.
: Track sprint/release progress, flag risks, and incorporate UAT/beta feedback into backlog iterations.
