ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Cloud Platform portfolio, defining strategy and roadmap across environments. This role thrives in ambiguity, driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes while aligning with business objectives.

Based in Kirkland, WA or Pacific Time locations preferred with hybrid work, you will lead strategic programs, collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and GTM teams, and shape the future of ServiceNow's cloud

Qualificações

• 15+ years of product management in cloud platforms, enterprise software, or SaaS with a related degree
• Deep knowledge of cloud architectures and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and global scale operations
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for complex platforms

Responsabilidades

• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, security, legal, and GTM to deliver platform initiatives
• Influence product and business direction using customer feedback, market trends and constraints
• Support customer and business growth through partnerships and strategic opportunities
• Lead with ownership to close execution gaps and drive outcomes beyond formal roles
