Job summary

Ampcus, Inc is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team for a 12-month project on-site in the United States. The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, CI/CD automation, Terraform, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include administering GitHub Enterprise and Artifactory, building GitHub Actions pipelines, IaC with Terraform and Ansible, scripting in Python and Bash, and ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and JFrog Artifactory administration.
• Experience building and managing GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Linux administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Git workflows, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, secrets management, and platform integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container registries; security scanning and artifact governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support GitHub Enterprise and JFrog Artifactory platforms.
• Manage repositories, access controls, RBAC, and security policies.
• Develop and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows.
• Manage artifact repositories, package lifecycle, retention policies, and integrations in Artifactory.
• Automate operational tasks using Python scripting, Shell scripting, and APIs.
• Implement and maintain IaC using Terraform and configuration management using Ansible.
• Support DevOps toolchain integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Troubleshoot platform, build, deployment, and artifact management issues.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, backup, monitoring, and performance optimization.
