Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud solution design and implementation.
• 3+ years of infrastructure experience (monitoring, DNS, backups, DR).
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Microsoft or AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in post-incident reviews and action items.
• Deploys and maintains distributed cloud systems with security best practices.
• Manages day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations (deployment, monitoring, upgrades, IAM).
• Develops automation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for changes.
• Maintains production monitoring tools and analyzes performance issues.
• Supports disaster recovery planning and testing and incident resolution.
