Job summary

LendingTree is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our Platform Operations team in Charlotte, NC. You will build, automate, and operate our cloud-based data platform with a primary focus on Snowflake, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure cloud services.

This hands-on role centers on improving platform reliability, scalability, automation, and observability. Hybrid work with in-office Tue–Thu in Charlotte, and relocation is preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years in Platform/Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or related ops.
Hands-on Snowflake administration and data platform experience.
CI/CD design and deployment automation for databases or platforms.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure and production on-call support.

Responsibilities

Operate and improve a cloud-based data platform with Snowflake focus.
Build automation to enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Monitor health, performance, cost, and security; implement fixes.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
Automate deployments and operational workflows with scripting.
Support integrations between Snowflake and AWS/Azure services.
Troubleshoot production issues across data pipelines and infra.
Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response.
