Job summary

Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) seeks a Cloud Analytics professional to analyze AWS and Azure environments, support provisioning, and monitor performance across enterprise platforms. You will develop reports and dashboards to visualize cloud performance, availability, cost, and consumption, supporting data-driven decisions.

Collaboration with Cloud Engineers and governance teams is essential for ITSM/ITOM alignment and DR planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, data analytics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, cloud analysis, IT operations analysis, or related roles.
• Experience analyzing cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) for performance and availability.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze cloud cost and consumption data to provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM processes, incident and change reporting, governance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AWS and Azure cloud environments to support provisioning, operations, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate cloud systems for alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Develop reports and dashboards for visibility into cloud performance, availability, cost, and consumption.
• Support testing activities related to production deployments and governance requirements.
• Assist integration of cloud services into ITSM/ITOM processes and reporting.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Analyze cloud cost and usage trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Track and report on SLA performance and support continuous service improvements.
• Document processes and governance artifacts to ensure compliance.
