Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software development engineers.
• Lead cross-region teams (China, ESC, US-ADCs, Commercial Partitions) to scope projects and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Hire, coach, and promote team members.
• Review KPIs and drive results to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline deliveries.
