WellSpan Health is seeking a skilled leader for their Cloud Operations, responsible for cloud service reliability and operational management. The ideal candidate will oversee incident response, change execution, and improvement of cloud infrastructure.

With at least 5 years of cloud operations experience, they will work closely with diverse teams to ensure services are secure and operationally sound. The role offers comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform operations, cloud operations, or SRE/DevOps-adjacent roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership or proven experience leading operational teams in a matrixed environment.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), including networking, identity, security logging, and core platform services.

Responsibilities

• Owns cloud-related incident response, escalation, and coordination.
• Manages change execution for cloud platform services.
• Drives automation to reduce manual work and improve repeatability.
