FedPoint is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer, Cloud to lead networking initiatives and enhance IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role combines 51% on-prem and 49% AWS cloud networking responsibilities, providing a dynamic work environment with meaningful project leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial networking expertise, particularly in routing, switching, and cloud technologies, while ensuring compliance with NIST 800-53 standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering within a high availability environment.
• Strong expertise in networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, BGP, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead network architecture initiatives across both cloud and on-prem networks.
• Own and resolve network outages with root-cause analysis.
• Design and support secure networking solutions.
