Job summary

CSL Data Services is offering an IT Network Technician Apprenticeship (Level 3) with QA LIMITED as training provider. The role focuses on hands-on IT support, diagnosing issues, configuring hardware/software, and maintaining security and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires an active driving licence.
• Apprenticeship with Level 3 IT Network Technician provides foundational networking training.
• Hands-on IT support experience with hardware, software and network devices is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
• Log, manage, and update support tickets
• Troubleshoot ICT issues using appropriate tools and methods
• Communicate clearly with users, managing expectations and escalations
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices
• Support desktop setup, repair, and basic networking tasks
• Apply security best practices and follow organisational policies
• Assist with network device and mobile device administration
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills
