Job summary

PGTEK seeks a Sr. Network / Hybrid Engineer to design and deliver secure, observable connectivity between mission environments and Google Cloud for federal and DoD customers.

You will lead networking in Shared VPCs, DNS, and interconnect, with emphasis on BGP, VPNs, and firewall strategies. The role requires hands-on cloud networking, experience with Google Cloud foundations, and the ability to mentor teammates while navigating RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical or engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with VPC, BGP, HA VPN, Interconnect, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, Private Google Access, and packet/flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design Shared VPC, routing, DNS, load balancing, VPN/Interconnect, segmentation, and network troubleshooting
• Implement solutions using VPC, BGP, HA VPN, Interconnect, DNS, and firewalls
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
• Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities
