Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in software development, with 3+ years in architectural design and leadership.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in major stacks (C#, Java, .NET) and API design.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, scalable, secure systems (microservices, event-driven, API-first).
• Define architectural principles, guardrails, and roadmaps; justify build vs. buy decisions.
• Oversee architecture through the software lifecycle; conduct code reviews.
• Provide technical mentorship and coordinate multi-team delivery.
• Communicate trade-offs to non-technical leaders; align with business goals.
• Define legacy migration strategies and modernization plans (AI-assisted, DevOps).
