Job summary

FCS Financial is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Information Services Team. You will design, develop, deploy, and support applications and integrations enabling secure data flow and automation across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and Azure, plus API management and DevOps practices. Hybrid work options are available at Missouri branch locations, with a focus on collaboration and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with C# and .NET ecosystems.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and PaaS components such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and system integrations.
• Build and support APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop and support internal and public-facing web applications.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and vendor partners.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure applications meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.
• Estimate, plan, and execute assigned work within the application lifecycle.
