You will mentor teams, shape architecture, and partner with engineering leadership to drive modern, resilient platforms in a hybrid office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional programming experience.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot and Vue.js across full stack.
• Strong collaboration, XP practices, and AI-assisted development experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leads to set architectural patterns and implementation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, coach teams in modern techniques and XP practices.
• Champion AI-first delivery and establish guardrails for internal playbooks.
• Apply deep technical expertise across the full stack (Java/Spring Boot, Vue).
