Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced network/platform architect to lead end-to-end design and lifecycle evolution of cloud-hosted, multi-tenant network service platforms. You will architect secure, highly available solutions spanning distributed cloud, data center, and colocation environments, enabling scalable deployment of virtualized network functions and managed services.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in network, cloud, or platform engineering with architecture responsibility.
• Design highly available, resilient compute and network platforms for distributed sites.
• Strong in switching, routing, BGP, secure access, and redundant WAN.
• Experience with 100G/400G data center networking and fabric designs.
• Hands-on with virtualization, NFV, and cloud-hosted environments.
• Proficient in architecture docs, standards, and cross-functional reviews.
• Solid knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Linux, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD.
• Experience with SONiC or similar OS and modern data center fabrics.
• Familiar with Equinix or comparable colo environments and global deployment standards.
• Understanding of overlay networking, API-driven orchestration, and automation for virtual platforms.
• Experience supporting security hardening, compliance controls for multi-tenant infra.

• Design secure, highly available network and platform solutions across distributed cloud, data center, and colo.
• Enable scalable deployment of virtualized network functions and managed services.
• Support platform buildouts, migration interoperability, and service transitions.
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer initiatives.
