Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a Network Architect in Charlotte, NC. In this senior individual contributor role, you will serve as the technical lead for enterprise network operations across cloud and on-premise infrastructures. Your primary focus will be on application delivery, reliability, and optimization, ensuring that traffic flows efficiently and effectively.

You will work independently, coordinate with various teams for larger initiatives, and maintain high standards of project quality and schedule adherence. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues and documenting processes carefully.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days onsite, and requires candidates to live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise multi-cloud hybrid networks.
• Deep understanding of DNS and BGP protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud networking best practices in Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for network infrastructure.
• Lead automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform.
• Troubleshoot network issues and incidents effectively.

Skills

DNS architecture and troubleshooting

BGP proficiency

Dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)

Global traffic management and load balancing

Python scripting

Ansible for automation

Education
