CereCore is seeking a Mid Level Full Stack Engineer in Nashville, TN to lead modernization of a legacy ASP/.NET based portfolio into a cloud-native solution on Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and modern UI with Vue.js.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years in software development, strong C#/ASP.NET Core expertise, and hands-on GCP experience, ready to drive migration strategies and production-ready cloud delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience modernizing legacy apps and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong UI skills with Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Hands-on GCP experience: Cloud Run, App Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Dataflow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy ASP/.NET applications and plan modernization.
• Develop backend services with C#/.NET Core/.NET 8+.
• Re-architect monoliths into cloud-native solutions for scale.
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop responsive UI with Vue.js and web tech.
• Model data and optimize PostgreSQL performance.
• Deploy on GCP and implement CI/CD pipelines.
