Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a DevOps & Infra Engineer to own CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling. You will partner with engineering teams to remove deployment friction and ensure reliable releases in a scalable production environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, plus Kubernetes expertise and scripting proficiency across Python, Bash, and Go.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in DevOps/Infra roles.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience running production systems in a public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using IaC practices.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling to catch issues early.
• Partner with engineers to remove deployment friction and improve reliability.
• Own deployment pipelines and production system reliability.
