Job summary

Equity Methods is looking for a DevOps Engineer in Scottsdale, Arizona, to drive the transformation of their data center to a cloud-native environment. This role involves working across AWS, Azure, and GCP to implement infrastructure powered by automation and modern DevOps practices.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in DevOps and scripting in languages like Python or TypeScript, and will help integrate AI technologies into CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Pulumi in at least one cloud environment (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust for scripting and automation.
• Experience managing and optimizing Snowflake environments.
• Familiarity with integrating LLMs into DevOps workflows or operational tooling.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code pipelines for scalable deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams on Snowflake environments.
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and remediation.
• Integrate LLM technologies into operational workflows.
• Partner with software engineers for deploy and observability of applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and secrets management.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and performance.
