Job summary

FIT Technologies LLC, based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design, plan, and execute migrations to Microsoft cloud and on-prem environments. The role involves deploying AzureAD, managing Azure/Office 365 tenants, and maintaining on-premises messaging and server infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 migrations, plus familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or executing workload migrations.
• Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• Experience with AzureAD and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with on-premises Exchange and Office 365.
• Experience with on-premises to Office 365 migrations as well as cloud to Office 365 migrations.
• Experience with cloud-based services, specifically Azure and Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Experience in conceptualizing and implementing data models for reporting and data analysis.
• Process oriented (plan, analyze, design, implement & support).
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical).
• Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications are desirable.
• VMWare, Omnissa, and Hyper-V experience are desirable.

• Designing, planning, and executing data migrations to Azure File, SharePoint, and Egnyte.
• Designing, planning, and executing AzureAD migrations.
• Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Azure tenants.
• Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants.

• Supporting and maintaining various physical server infrastructure.
