Job summary

FIT Technologies LLC, based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design, plan, and execute migrations to Microsoft cloud and on-prem environments. The role involves deploying AzureAD, managing Azure/Office 365 tenants, and maintaining on-premises messaging and server infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 migrations, plus familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Experience in conceptualizing and implementing data models for reporting and data analysis.
• Process oriented (plan, analyze, design, implement & support).
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical).
• Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications are desirable.
• VMWare, Omnissa, and Hyper-V experience are desirable.

Solutions Engineer

Full Time Professional Cleveland, OH, US

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

SUMMARY

The Solutions Engineer role will primarily focus on the design, planning and executing of builds and migrations to and from Microsoft cloud infrastructure including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Files. In addition, the Solutions Engineer will participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of on-premises and cloud hosted Windows server environments.This role requires a passion for data and technology, a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Azure Platform, On premise server environments, excellent communication skills, an understanding of business processes and best practices for Microsoft tools, and the ability to support the platforms using industry standard tools in multiple environments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, planning, and executingdata migrations to various storage platforms (Azure File, SharePoint, Egnyte)
• Designing, planning, and executing AzureAD migrations.
• Supporting andmaintainingvarious Microsoft Azure tenants.
• Supporting andmaintainingvarious Microsoft 365 tenants.

WORKING CONDITIONS + REQUIREMENTS

Working conditions may be typical for an office environment and will require:

• Occasional work weeks of more than 40 hours.
• May require occasional evening and weekend work.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for this role and requires a valid driver's license and valid car insurance.
