Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, material flow, and 3PL vendor oversight, including budgets, invoices, and capital improvements.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards to ensure business continuity and justify process/logistics improvements.
• Design and execute forward and reverse logistics strategies aligned with long-term goals.
• Drive automation, reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and lower operational costs by improving material flow.
• Partner with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors to align priorities and scale operations.
