Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 5+ years in customer or client-facing roles supporting supply chain, logistics, or vendor relations.
• 5+ years building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
• 5+ years identifying issues in processes and delivering cross-functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations and manage 3PL vendors and data center vendors.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards to drive improvements.
• Design and execute forward/reverse logistics strategies aligned with goals.
• Drive automation to reduce MTTR, optimize capacity, and lower costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to scale operations.
