Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager (Contract) to lead end-to-end launch readiness for a cloud solutions portfolio. You will partner with Business Planners and cross-functional teams to ensure launches are prepared, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

The role requires 4–6 years in product launches, strong stakeholder management, and experience within a large tech environment. Remote, 11-month assignment, with compensation aligned to market norms.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience managing product launches end-to-end.
4–6 years of experience coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in the technology industry, preferably at a large enterprise.
Background in operations or tech is required.
Azure Commerce and cloud product launch processes experience preferred.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize under pressure.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly in a large enterprise.
Solid understanding of launch management processes and operational readiness frameworks.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end launch operations for a cloud applications portfolio.
Create and maintain Launch Readiness Templates (LRTs) and MLC cards.
Partner with Business Planners to validate launch scenarios, pricing, and required docs.
Coordinate with Engineering, Vendor Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Product teams to resolve blockers.
Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders to keep launches on schedule.
Review active launches and upcoming milestones to ensure readiness.
Identify operational risks and drive issues to resolution.
Support multiple concurrent launches while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate projects and create detailed plans for goals and integration of technical activities.
Present proposals, reports, and findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for feasibility.
Help create meters that track product and service usage.
Keep team members informed of status and blockers.
Provide general project management support to the broader team.
