CloudKitchens is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for our Culver City facility to oversee daily operations, maintenance, onboarding of restaurant partners, and ensure top-tier customer support.

You will lead a facility team, manage scheduling and training, coordinate with vendors, and drive KPI reporting and profitability. The role emphasizes relationship building, process optimization, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Operations management experience preferred.
• Employee management experience preferred.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a dedicated facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage an efficient order fulfillment process and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage a janitorial team; uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and communication across teams and departments.
• Lead facility tours to engage restaurants and drive the sales pitch; maintain relationships and opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding of new restaurant partners, including permits, delivery platform setup, and launch planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, building trust and solving issues.
• Drive KPI reporting to management and contribute to goal setting; manage facility P&L.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
