Job summary

ATOMS is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for our New York office to oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, partner onboarding, and high‑level customer support. You will lead a facility team, manage onboarding of restaurant partners, monitor KPIs and P&L, and coordinate with vendors to keep the kitchen network running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Operations Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Employee Management/Assistant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and facility maintenance.
• Lead onboarding for new restaurant partners and plan launches.
• Manage KPI reporting, planning, and facility P&L insights.
• Coordinate repairs, vendor work, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain excellent partner relationships and customer service.
