Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Software Engineer, Infrastructure to be a core contributor on the IT CorpEng Infrastructure team, owning the evolution of our core infrastructure and observability platforms. You will build resilient, scalable systems in a cloud environment and align software engineering with systems architecture.

You will automate with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi), manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes, design CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implement

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi) and cloud/container experience (AWS preferred).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD tooling.
Observability foundations including logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Automate and deploy production-grade infrastructure on cloud platforms using IaC.
Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads with Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Advance observability with logging, metrics, and tracing across platforms.
Collaborate across Security, Engineering, Infrastructure and Support teams.
