Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one additional backend language.
• Experience building or supporting backend infrastructure or core platform services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and distributed/event-driven systems.
• Experience with system scaling, performance optimization, caching, and backend integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure powering a fintech platform.
• Improve developer experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, monitoring, and automation.
• Design scalable backend systems and platform services for reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system resiliency.
• Collaborate across teams to establish infrastructure best practices and maintain high engineering standards.
