Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC is seeking multiple AI Platform Engineers to own the infrastructure, developer platform, and AI tooling that enables engineering teams to move faster and ship more reliably.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and internal platforms, improve CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen security and reliability across the stack. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with opportunities to shape an AI-first engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
• Production infrastructure experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes & Docker, CI/CD and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, monitoring, and developer productivity.
• Build AI-powered engineering workflows and tooling to accelerate development.
• Strengthen platform security, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Evaluate and implement modern infrastructure, storage, and compute technologies.
• Resolve production incidents and drive long-term reliability improvements.
• Partner with engineering teams to enable fast, safe product delivery.
