The role focuses on improving production reliability, performance, and developer productivity through internal platforms, CI/CD, observability, and automation, collaborating with security, data, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments and infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with IaC, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, observability.
• Strong software engineering and automation skills.
• Understanding of distributed systems, networking, reliability, and production operations.
• Pragmatic approach balancing reliability, scalability, developer experience and cost.
• Owner mindset and drive to solve foundational problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud and production infrastructure.
• Improve reliability, availability, performance, and efficiency of production systems.
• Build internal platforms and tooling to improve developer productivity.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident-response systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
• Partner with application, security, data, and product engineering teams on infrastructure requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and establish infrastructure architecture, standards, and best practices.
