Job summary

Talentify in New York City is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design AWS and Azure landing zones and build secure, scalable cloud environments for HRA and DHS workloads.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep, collaborate with security teams, review designs for compliance, and monitor cloud health while guiding migration from on-premises data centers in a fast-paced government setting.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in CS/engineering or related field with four years in datacenter or cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design AWS and Azure landing zones, account and subscription structures.
Define network segmentation, connectivity patterns, and shared services.
Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep.
Collaborate with security teams to design cloud security architecture and controls.
Review cloud designs for security, resiliency, and governance.
Monitor cloud platform health and performance using monitoring tools.
Provide guidance on cloud standards and migration processes.
