Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to support O&M and new development for a federal government client. You will lead planning, design, and oversight of program systems, with a focus on AWS cloud resources, GovCloud governance, and scalable infrastructure.

You will partner with government IT operations, engineers, and stakeholders to implement upgrades, reviews, and integrations while maintaining documentation and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Enterprise IT or 10+ years without a degree in Enterprise IT.
• Proficiency designing and implementing Cloud-based AWS solutions.
• Ability to analyze AWS cloud services to identify defects and optimization opportunities.
• Experience managing AWS resources in FedRAMP Approved GovCloud.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, assemble, and oversee program systems.
• Assess existing cloud resources and recommend performance improvements.
• Guide engineers on best practices to support fluctuating demands.
• Collaborate with government IT operations to implement upgrades and integrations.
• Provide on-call support and maintain logs, monitoring, and runbooks.
