Job summary

Infosys invites experienced infrastructure professionals to join our Cloud unit in creating scalable, secure, and high-performing IT environments. You will drive diagnostics, monitoring, and incident resolution, while shaping automated deployments and robust security strategies across enterprise-scale Azure platforms.

You will collaborate with multi-vendor teams, design governance, and promote continuous learning to accelerate digital transformation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud Architecture and Design.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Azure architecture and platform design.
• Hands-on experience with platform automation, governance, and security design in Azure.
• Experience in Greenfield Cloud Migrations.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline orchestration and deployment automation.
• Experience in artifact promotion and release management processes.
• Experience in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience building and managing containerized workloads and Kubernetes platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve incidents with root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence.
• Conduct IT infrastructure evaluations and due diligence across tracks with stakeholder collaboration.
• Create scalable, secure, high-performing IT infrastructure solutions.
• Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, and contribute to deployment documentation.
• Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks.
• Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools.
• Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and design automation tools.

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence and creating action plans to prevent recurrence
• Conduct detailed IT infrastructure evaluations and due diligence across multiple tracks, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend tailored enhancements and validate infrastructure details
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions
• Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to creation of deployment documentation
• Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks, analyze proposed changes, and ensure smooth integration of system and technology updates
• Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools, addressing capacity needs, and designing solutions to prevent bottlenecks
• Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies including risk assessments
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, design and implement automation tools, and evaluate their impact to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and document project activities
• Create specialized knowledge repositories, document methodologies, and drive learning to preserve organizational insights and enhance team efficiency

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
