Job summary

TOPS Products is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst 2 to manage and improve their Microsoft cloud services including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Teams. This role involves supporting IT capabilities across the organization while ensuring security and efficiency through automation and documentation.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 4 years of experience in Microsoft administration. A hybrid work schedule is in place, with office attendance required three days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft cloud and infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and administrative tools.
• Ability to automate and document processes using PowerShell.
