Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive programs focused on building Apple’s Cloud Observability and Storage Platforms. You will partner with engineering teams to scale, ensure high availability, and deliver end-to-end cloud services that power Apple products globally.

You will influence without authority, navigate complex dependencies, and champion pragmatic, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering program management in cloud infrastructure
• Strong background in software delivery and services infrastructure engineering
• Proficient in software development processes (SDLC) and various project management methodologies
• Experience with risk analysis and developing, prioritizing and leading roadmaps
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or deep relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with diverse teams across Apple to develop and manage the platform powering workloads across Apple.
• Build trust with engineering partners and remove ambiguity by reducing complexity.
• Understand interdependencies and evaluate new requests in light of system architecture.
• Communicate effectively and influence partners without direct authority.
• Maintain and improve Apple’s critical cloud services.
