Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / Azure Security Engineer to administer and secure our cloud ecosystem, aligning with HIPAA, HITECH and PCI requirements. You will drive identity management, security controls, and governance across M365, Azure, Entra ID, and related services.

Collaborating with IT, Security, and business teams, you will implement Zero Trust, monitor security posture, perform risk assessments, and lead security initiatives to protect data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience administering and securing enterprise Microsoft environments, including M365, Azure, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, secure, govern, and support Microsoft cloud ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).
Manage hybrid identity and hybrid Exchange environments.
Implement security controls: MFA, CA, PIM, RBAC, DLP, Defender, Purview.
