Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics, reporting, observability or related roles.
• Hands-on with metrics, logs, and event data.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs and throughput.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Support buildout of Cloud Governance observability capabilities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyze governance processes, cycle times, control outcomes, and operational KPIs.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and structure data from multiple sources.
• Generate data-driven insights that improve governance visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with Cloud Governance, engineering, and PMO teams.
• Monitor governance performance and cloud policy adherence metrics.
• Create executive and leadership-level reporting materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility.
• Support transformation programs with analytics and reporting deliverables.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
