Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs for GeForce NOW and GDN. You’ll manage infrastructure, streaming, partner integrations, and 24/7 operations, partnering with engineering, product, and operations to deliver reliable cloud services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and the ability to translate product goals into actionable technical plans.

Qualifications

15+ proven experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree with PMP preferred or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and real-time streaming services

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs for GFN and GDN from concept to launch and iteration
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Center Operations, SRE, Capacity Planning, QA, and Partner teams
Define clear, actionable technical requirements aligned with product goals
Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and incident response plans for a 24/7 global service
Identify risks and mitigations and drive decision-making with collaborators
Liaise with game publishers and external teams to integrate build pipelines into NVIDIA’s streaming infrastructure
Plan launches and capacity expansions with cross-team alignment; lead readiness reviews
Drive process improvements across product delivery, streaming performance, and partner workflows
