Job summary

SMX is seeking Cloud Functional Specialists/Experts at junior, mid, and senior levels to support secure, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure for DoD needs. Candidates should have cloud familiarity across AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle, and hold a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification plus 4/7/10 years' experience depending on level (Junior/Mid/Senior).
• Active Security Clearance Required: Secret
• Cloud ecosystem knowledge across compute, storage, networking, security, automation
• Able to communicate problems and solutions clearly and concisely
• Understanding of DoD 8570 certifications is desirable

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate functional expertise for cloud computing technologies and environments.
• Supports cross-functional teams on enterprise cloud initiatives (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Kubernetes).
• Lead or support cloud migration strategies and customer discussions.
• Identify best-in-breed solutions for cloud implementations.
