Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Staff Engineer to lead the Customer Management engineering organization and deliver a technical agenda for foundational platforms and horizontal thread teams. You will oversee a 100+ engineer team across directors, drive multi-year strategic initiatives, and contribute hands-on coding.

You will partner with product management to align on ambitious roadmaps and advance engineering excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
9+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
9+ years of enterprise architecture and design patterns experience.
9+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and SPA frameworks.
