MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Financial Manager & Cloud FinOps Specialist to join our team in the Pentagon / Fort Belvoir area. This hybrid role combines traditional Army resource management with cloud cost optimization to support the ECMA mission.

You will oversee funding lines, monitor budgets, optimize multi-cloud consumption using Kion and Seer, and reconcile GFEBS billing for timely chargebacks. Clearances: U.S. citizenship with a current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Six years of work experience with three to five years in federal/DoD financial management.
• Active proficiency with GFEBS and advanced Excel (SQL queries, pivot tables).

Responsabilités

• Administer funding lines and monitor budget execution across diverse appropriations for accurate obligations.
• Optimize multi-cloud consumption (AWS, Azure, Google) using Kion and Seer to forecast costs and enforce budgets.
• Reconcile Cloud Service Provider billing with Army GFEBS for timely tenant chargebacks.
• Lead JRP cycles and quarterly DAR-Q reviews to ensure FIAR compliance.
