You will lead cost models, dashboards, tagging strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineers, finance, cybersecurity, and VA stakeholders to drive financial effectiveness and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading cloud financial operations (FinOps), cloud cost management, or enterprise financial governance.
• Demonstrated expertise with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VAEC) and cloud financial management tools.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, cloud service delivery, financial analytics, forecasting, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VA’s enterprise cloud financial operations with accurate forecasting and governance.
• Lead cloud cost reporting, dashboards, tagging, and allocation strategies.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, finance, cybersecurity, hosting operations and VA stakeholders.
• Deliver cost reviews, forecasting insights, modernization roadmaps, and optimization recommendations.
