Job summary

Solventum in Pittsburgh is hiring a Cloud FinOps & DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on cost discipline across AWS and multi-cloud environments. You will build tooling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and decision making for engineering and product teams.

The role requires 3+ years in cloud engineering/FinOps, deep AWS cost management experience, and the ability to present complex topics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of cloud engineering, DevOps, FinOps, or platform operations.
• Experience with AWS services and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud savings, cost transparency, and forecasting accuracy across AWS and multi-cloud.
• Identify spend anomalies and manage RI/Savings Plans with engineering teams.
• Communicate cost forecasts, budgets, and risk drivers to leadership.
• Design and deliver automation, tooling, dashboards, and platform solutions.
• Support AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and outcomes.
