Job summary

Optum is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead Cloud FinOps Analytics & Optimization, guiding cost-reduction efforts across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will translate consumption data into actionable recommendations, partnering with engineering and application teams to drive adoption and measurable savings.

You’ll support executive reporting, AI-assisted analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver business outcomes. This role offers remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager driving cloud/FinOps outcomes.
• 2+ years in cloud cost drivers and optimization and value realization across major platforms.
• 2+ years in data analytics for cloud/on-prem optimization.
• 2+ years with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• 6+ months building AI agents or using AI-assisted tools.
• Experience with SQL scripting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data modeling).
• Experience partnering with customers or teams to drive adoption.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with backlog management and agile delivery.
