Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Cloud and Hosting Services Analyst to collect and analyze data to provide cloud financial insights within our Infrastructure and Operations organization.

You will produce reports for multi-cloud platforms, work with global teams, support FinOps, map data flows with Cloud Governance, and forecast costs, driving cost optimization.

The role requires strong Excel skills, cloud platform experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset; an annual incentive program is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/MIS/Data analytics required.
• 5+ years IT/Business Analytics experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful reports for multi-cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive data-driven insights.
• Support FinOps with KPIs, data retrieval, and modeling.
• Map data flows with Cloud Governance for a single data source.
• Forecast cloud hosting costs and propose optimizations.
• Create month-end and quarter-end reports.
• Apply Agile planning and execution.
• Leverage tools to enable data-driven decisions.
• Gather requirements for automation projects.
