Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking an experienced FinOps Analyst to join its Cloud Governance team. The role focuses on financial optimization, cost efficiency, and supporting senior decision-making through analysis and reporting.

It collaborates across the organization to evaluate and improve FinOps policies, standards, and controls, supports budgeting and forecasting, and strengthens financial governance with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related cloud finance or accounting experience acceptable.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, cloud operations, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for financial performance monitoring.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports for application owners and internal teams.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards.
• Lead financial audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Mentor internal teams on FinOps education and transparency.
