Google is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Recruiting Team. You will identify, engage, and guide senior technologists and leaders through Google’s hiring process, partnering with leadership to align talent with growth strategy.
You’ll leverage analytics to inform decisions and deliver high-quality candidates across global platforms, delivering exceptional service to internal partners and candidates alike.

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $164000 – $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
