Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking an experienced executive recruiter to identify and engage senior technology leaders, guiding candidates through Google's hiring process and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

You will drive research-driven search strategies, partner with leadership on talent needs, and apply analytics to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process. This role supports Google’s Executive Recruiting Team across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory.
• Experience hiring VP+ or C-suite executives.
• 5+ years in technology sector recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Define and acquire senior technical talent with leadership scope.
• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle.

• 8 years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process including setting and adjusting search strategy, working with internal or external research teams, and supporting applicants through the interview and offer process.

• 5 years of experience in the technology sector, in a corporate or executive search firm environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience recruiting executive level Engineering talent from top industry players.
• Experience running executive searches full life-cycle as well as with leverage from a Research partner.
• Experience collaborating with hiring partners to deliver processes and hiring outcomes.
• Experience with executive compensation negotiations.
