Hamilton Lane is seeking an ETL Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Snowflake. You will work with data architects, scientists, and analysts to deliver trusted data products for analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience building data pipelines from REST APIs, databases, and cloud storage.
• Proficient with Snowflake features, ETL/ELT design, and SQL tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python (PySpark) and Snowflake.
• Build reliable ingestion, transformation, and loading processes for analytics.
• Leverage Snowflake features to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data architects, scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Develop data models balancing performance and maintainability.
