Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years in a large organization with budget size, complexity, and scope.
• Experience in Helpdesk, Functional/Business Analyst.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with writing SQL or using SQL query tools.
• Ability to document technical problems and solutions clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
